Frequently Asked Questions

Inzi accepts USDC (USD Coin, issued by Circle) and USDT (Tether) across six blockchain networks: Solana, Polygon, Base, TON, Tron, and Ethereum. We selected these tokens because they hold 95%+ of stablecoin trading volume globally and maintain dollar pegs through fully reserved or over-collateralized backing. The six chains were chosen for cost and speed: Solana settles in roughly 400 milliseconds with sub-cent fees, Tron is dominant for USDT in LATAM and Asia, Base and Polygon offer cheap EVM-compatible settlement, TON serves the Telegram ecosystem, and Ethereum provides the deepest institutional liquidity. Merchants can accept any combination — for example, list only USDC on Solana to keep customer fees minimal, or accept USDT on Tron for cross-border B2B.
Inzi runs an automated settlement worker every 30 minutes that batches confirmed deposits and forwards them to your configured wallet address on the same chain the customer paid on. End-to-end timing depends on the network: Solana payments confirm in about 400 milliseconds and clear settlement within the next 30-minute window, while Ethereum confirmations require roughly 60 seconds plus the batch interval. Cross-chain consolidation — for example, accepting USDT on Tron and settling to USDC on Polygon — adds 1 to 4 minutes for the bridge transaction. Merchants can lower the minimum batch size from the default $100 to $20 in settings, which trades a small per-tx gas cost for faster individual payouts. Failed settlements retry automatically and surface in the dashboard within minutes.
No. The dashboard lets non-technical merchants create a payment link in under 60 seconds: enter an amount, optionally pick a chain and token, copy the link, share it. Customers see a hosted checkout page with a QR code and a wallet picker — they paste the address, send the payment, and the page polls until confirmation. For invoicing, you can email the link directly or paste it into Telegram, WhatsApp, or a Stripe-style invoice replacement. Developers who want deeper integration get a REST API with sandbox keys (sk_test_) and one webhook for the payment.confirmed event. Most merchants without engineering teams ship in five minutes; merchants with a developer integrate the API in an afternoon.
The minimum payment is $1 USD equivalent — anything smaller would lose more than half its value to network gas fees on most chains. There is no hard maximum, but enterprise transactions over $10,000 typically benefit from a 30-minute pre-call so we can pre-approve larger sweep limits and confirm the customer's chosen chain has sufficient liquidity for that size. Tron and Solana handle six-figure transactions with zero issue; Ethereum becomes uneconomical above $50 unless the customer is comfortable with the higher gas cost. The Inzi calculator on the pricing page shows the exact fee breakdown by chain and token for any amount. Custom enterprise plans drop the per-tx fee below 0.7% for monthly volume above $250K.
Three integration paths cover most use cases. First, no-code: paste a payment link directly into a button, email, or Telegram message — works for invoices, donations, and one-off charges. Second, low-code: the Inzi checkout SDK adds a Stripe-style modal to your site in under ten lines of JavaScript, handling the payment lifecycle and redirecting on success. Third, full API: POST to /api/v1/checkouts with an amount, chain, and metadata field, store the returned checkout_url, and listen for the checkout.completed webhook. The API uses standard sk_live_ and sk_test_ key prefixes, is documented at docs.inzilink.com, and ships with a Node.js SDK. Webhook signatures use HMAC-SHA256 with timestamp validation to prevent replay attacks.
Non-custodial means Inzi never holds, controls, or has access to your money. When a customer pays, funds move directly from their wallet to a deposit address we generate deterministically from your master key, then settle automatically to your withdrawal wallet on the same chain. We control none of those wallets — only the merchant's keys can move funds. This design eliminates the failure mode that wiped out FTX, Celsius, and several smaller payment processors: there is no Inzi balance sheet that could be drained, frozen, or hacked. It also reduces your regulatory exposure under EU MiCA and the upcoming US CLARITY Act because non-custodial flows fall under lighter rules than custodial e-money issuance. The trade-off is that you are responsible for your own wallet security.
Inzi operates as non-custodial payment infrastructure, which under MiCA Article 2 falls outside the scope of authorization required for Crypto-Asset Service Providers because we never take custody of customer funds. We still ship the compliance toolkit MiCA-regulated merchants need: transaction monitoring with addresses screened against OFAC and EU sanctions lists, audit-ready transaction history exports in CSV and JSON, KYB attestations for merchant onboarding when paired with our partner provider, and Travel Rule message routing for transactions over €1,000. The platform is architected to meet the US CLARITY Act framework once finalized in 2026. Custodial competitors carry full Title II MiCA obligations including capital requirements and segregated reserves; non-custodial routing avoids that overhead while keeping merchants audit-ready.
Card payments via Visa, Mastercard, PIX (Brazil), and SPEI (Mexico) are launching in Q3 2026 through Onramper integration — customers will see a card tab on the checkout page, pay in their local currency, and Inzi receives USDC or USDT on the merchant's preferred chain within 60 seconds. Bank-transfer settlement to EUR via SEPA arrives in Q4 2026 through a regulated BaaS partner, giving EU merchants an IBAN that converts incoming stablecoins to euros automatically. Today, customers pay with USDC or USDT on Solana, Polygon, Base, TON, Tron, or Ethereum, and merchants can off-ramp manually to fiat through any exchange. Sign up for the waitlist on the homepage to be notified when card and SEPA flows go live.
